Night Vision Level I: Introduction to NVGs & Lasers
In this course, you will be introduced to and understand the capability of night vision, it's features and it's pros & cons. You'll learn how to zero your laser and understand it's correlation to passive shooting. Through a series of drills and learning blocks, you'll get familiar with and confident in your abilities to deploy your night vision and bring your lasers to the fight.
This will be full 6-7 hour course. Regular breaks and an allotted dinner break will be given.
NVG package rentals will be available, with a chance to rent to own. The packages include: AMG dual tube L3 white phosphorous DTNVS, Wilcox mount, bump helmet and Holosun laser.
Course round count:
- Pistol: 150 rounds
- Rifle: 450 rounds (no steel core ammo)
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
- Night vision googles|
- NVG helmet mount
- Helmet (bump or ballistic)
- Weapons mounted laser w/ IR
- Semi-Auto pistol
- Semi-Auto AR style rifle (No AK or other than AR style weapons allowed)
- Weapons Mounted Light (pistol & rifle)
- Handheld flashlight
- 4 mags each system
- At least 2 mag carriers/pouches per system
- Range belt
- OWB holster
- Ear protection
- Eye protection (both sunglasses & clear lens)
- Proper range attire & shoes
- Shooting gloves
- Note taking materials
- Plenty of water, liquids
- Lunch + snacks
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:
- Range med kit including tourniquet
- Extra weapons parts, backup pistol
- Tool kit, Multitool
- Cleaning kit
- Speed loader
- Folding chair
- Cooler

All students are responsible for the legal condition of their firearms and equipment as well as the safe transportation of them. Please check your local laws for more information if needed.
CERTIFICATES: Will be awarded at the end of the course
